So, I’m relatively new to this whole cooking thing… To elaborate, I’ve been cooking things other than Lean Cuisines and pasta for about a year now. And let me just say one thing: OLIVE OIL I LOVE YOU. I’m not even sure if it’s kosher to cook a quesadilla with olive oil.. or grilled cheese with olive oil… But, um, I pretty much cook everything with olive oil.
It’s the best.
On today’s lunch menu (all cooked with olive oil): Mushroom quesadilla, homemade pita chips, and pesto. Kind of like an Italian/Mexican hybrid meal, but so delish.
